The goal is to allow a moment reflection on your emotions and reactions through the pandemic, with emphasis on the past few months. We all know that we should prioritize our self-care, but why is it so hard for individuals in helping professions to follow through? Instead of presenting a long list of tips & tools, the goal of the presentation is to help you identify and discuss with your peers the common pitfalls that you may fall into that interferes with your ability to implement self-care strategies. Using humour and perspective taking, this presentation will hopefully allow you to increase your self-compassion and sense of belonging to your peers.
