As the Financial Manager for the Community Health and Social Services Network (CHSSN), you will help the English-speaking community to have equitable access to health and social services in Quebec. As Financial Manager, you will be responsible for all financial matters of the CHSSN and its affiliated organizations. Your average day would include responsibilities such as: Overseeing the accounting and administration department for proper cash, investment and asset management; Developing business plans and financial forecasts and involve the financial committee of the board of directors in short and long term financial projections; Participating in the development of corporate policies as a member of the management team; Performing the reconciliation of bank statements; and Processing accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts. In order to be THE Financial Manager we’re looking for, you’ll need to have in your briefcase: A bachelor’s degree in accounting or another field relevant to the position; 3 to 5 years of EXPERIENCE in a similar position; Ability to communicate IN ENGLISH AND IN FRENCH; Be recognized for your autonomy and your ability to find solutions quickly! In order to do this, the organization works with many community and public partners dedicated to the cause!
