Services Health Health COVID Mental Health Initiative (CMHI) The CMHI initiative supports a variety of community-based service providers to extend the reach of their mental health services in order to serve an increased English-speaking clientele impacted by the COVID 19 pandemic. Partenariat d’assistance aux organismes en santé mentale (PAOSM) The PAOSM initiative built from the 2021-2023 Covid Mental Health Initiative (CMHI). It is offered to organizations with a mandate to support the English-speaking community (ESC) by enabling access to mental health services across Quebec. Patient Navigation Network Launch of the new Patient Navigation Network (PNN), an initiative designed to improve access to health and social services for English-speaking communities across Quebec. The project is supported by a funding from the SRQEA. Patient Navigator The Patient Navigator is the point person on the ground providing in-person support to English-speaking patients and their accompaniers travelling to Quebec City for specialized health care services, assisting them in navigating the different steps in the care pathway as well as the informational, emotional, logistical challenges the experience presents. Supporting and Promoting the Mental Health of Those Most Effected by COVID-19 (SPMH) Supporting and Promoting Mental Health of those most effected by COVID-19 was a Public Health Agency of Canada program from 2022 to 2024.
