Patient Navigation Network (PNN)

The Patient Navigation Network is an initiative designed to improve access to health and social services for English-speaking communities across Québec. The project is supported with funding from the Secrétariat aux relations avec les Québecois d’expression anglaise (SRQEA).

What is a Patient Navigator?

The patient navigator is a person who provides support for navigating the challenges and complexities of receiving health care.

For patients and their loved ones, this can be helpful as you undergo medical appointments, tests or treatments, as you find your way around the medical establishments, as you communicate with health personnel, and as you deal with decisions and emotions.
