Download Document Documents CHSSN Publications CHSSN Partners for Better Care: Improved access to health and social services makes life better for English-speaking communities and families across Quebec CHSSN has worked since 2000 with Health Canada to develop investment priorities and funding channels for better access to health and social services in English that are evidencebased and fully accountable for budgets and program effectiveness. Using research, networking and capacity building, we support local leaders and have developed “enabling frameworks” with the Government of Quebec that fully respect provincial jurisdiction in health care.
